Buying conditions

This sale is conducted in accordance with Forster-Gallery Conditions of Sale and bidding and buying at the Sale will be regulated by these Conditions. You should read the Conditions in conjunction with the Sale Information relating to this Sale which set out the charges payable by you on the purchases you make and other terms relating to bidding and buying at the Sale. This Bidding form and registration may be subject to amendment by Forster-Gallery, any amendments will be posted on our website.

Payments

In accordance with our Conditions of Business, successful bidders must pay a Buyer’s Premium of 15% of the hammer price + 3%VAT on this commission.

All credit and debit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge on the total invoice price.
