AUCTION SELLER’S CONTRACT AND RECEIPT
This form, when completed and electronically submitted by you and signed on behalf of Forster Gallery, will constitute a contract under which Forster Gallery, is authorised and undertakes to sell the item listed below subject to Forster Gallery, information below. This seller’s contract may be subject to amendment by Forster Gallery, any amendments will be communicated you via email or telephone.
The charges payable to Forster Gallery, from the Seller per lot is: 25% + 3% VAT on this commission. If we have to reframe, we will do this as cheaply as possible and deduct this cost from your seller’s fee after the auction. If your lot didn’t find a buyer the work has to be picked up latest 7 days after the auction
